The custom columns only appear to be available when I select Tasks on the navigation bar at the bottom then select either To-Do or Tasks.
WebMay 15, 2024 · But, here is a nice discovery. For each project I’m working on, I have created a list in Microsoft To-Do. This puts a corresponding list in Outlook. Now, when I create a new task in Outlook, it puts the list in the Tasks folder. I drag it from there to the appropriate list (created in To-Do), which in turn puts in Outlook’s To-Do list. For personal use and small-scale projects, To Do works well. But overall, Outlook's more robust feature list wins out.
