You said only a few are having issues, though? If it's just them... are they in the same location? Seems more likely to be Internet related, if they are at a remote site. What's slow about it? I have disabled every group policy on the server and the logins are still really slow. I have another 2016 Server (not running RDS) with 1/4 the resources that I put in the same OU, applied the GPOs to, and the logins are almost instant. We are using Folder Redirection for Desktops and Documents.
