They have worked perfectly for about 3 years. On Nov. 1st, they quit responding. Message on Device page says “Unable to connect to server”, whatever that … Web7 jan. 2024 · The hearing aids arrived and did not fit my ear shape at all so I asked to return them for a refund as they state you have 90 days if you are not happy with them. They told me to keep the hearing aids and they will send me a full refund. 6 weeks later still no refund after contacting them 4 times. Please don't get ripped off like me and the others.
