Webshedding of the epidermis in Triturus viridescens was found to be peri-odic and to occur simultaneously all over the body. The molting was induced by bandaging, grafting of the skin, stitching the body and ap-plications of extreme heat. My paper is partly a repetition and partly a continuation of this paper on molting in Triturus viridescens.
