I remember the game having screen tearing when it launch, so I think the frame rate was unlock first , then they patch it to 30 fps. WebDec 11, 2024 · With vsync off on a 144hz display, I was getting absolutely unbearable tearing at the 110-120 fps range. Vsync capped the fps to 60, and only looked mildly better so that was going to be a last resort. This fix eliminated the tearing but actually brought my fps down into the 90's.
