WebHello, I started having this problem very recently, the fps locks at 60 (75 in menu) and it is tryharding to get higher, but it looks like vsync is on, which isn't, even fps_max is at 128, googled for like hour and found nothing. Doesn't happen for other games + set everything on low, before this issue I ran the game on ultra at like 150-250 FPS. WebTested cs 1.6, it's fine.. CSGO is locked at 37fps and i have no idea why. Vsync is off (in game and graphic card options); already uninstalled xbox app; drivers are recent, etc etc.. If you go to Nvidia GeForce Experience -> gear icon (settings) -> games and turn off whisper mode that solved the issue for me.
